Mrinal, an engineer, almost ten years with IT companies CGI Global and Tech Mahindra, always felt something was missing in her job. A voice within her drove her towards Creative World. She took the bold step of listening to her Heart. She calls herself a keen reader, observer and loves to watch how everything in life is so beautifully intertwined with nature and the world around us. This kindled the creative streak in her to Design. She completed Fashion Designing course while on IT job.

After quitting her cushy corporate jobs, she grappled with many ideas, even tried her hands at Acting and Writing .Taking a plunge into an industry with no prior experience or knowledge was one of the biggest risks she took in her career. But what drove her to do the same was her passion and belief in her Dreams and the urge to make the planet a better space. She found that her affinity for Little Girls, Angels Gowns since childhood that reminded her of Fairy-Tales, Happy World and Goodness of Human virtues, was loved by people. What followed next was a quick pivot where she experimented on Market to bring most economical comfortable Gowns to Angels. Eventually the passion took “Arja” on the ramps adding to a Bigger “Arja-Family” and there has been no turning back since then.

She recalls , During the initial struggling days, she came across a lot of parents who used to pour their hearts out about reluctance of buying expensive Angel gowns from Market due to finance hard-ups. These conversations were etched deeply in the sensitive designer’s heart and prodded her on to a path of designing for mass …to reach every home …for every Angel. and “ It’s a devotion “, says Mrinal.
